R-PET (RECYCLED PET)

HDPE SORTING

SORTEX N PolyVision and SORTEX A/J series machines form a two-machine solution capable of providing the highest yield of bottle grade PET flakes on the market. The solution sorts according to the colour and chemical signature of the plastic, significantly increasing the accuracy and speed of the process. It ensures the least possible number of valuable PET flakes are lost and reduces contamination to less than 50 parts per million. The SORTEX A/J series uses three visible wavelengths for optimum colour separation. SORTEX N PolyVision, meanwhile, removes materials that cannot be detected by the human eye, such as transparent PVC. The machines can accurately separate valuable materials from waste, polymers and impurities, regardless of composition or contamination level. This enables our customers to maximise their recovery, purity and processing capacity.
